Insulate Ukraine a non-profit established in December 2022 by Harry Blakiston Houston and a team of engineers at The University of Cambridge who have developed a $15 triple-layer window, made from PVC piping and polyethylene, manufactured 100% locally to be installed free of charge. To date they have successfully installed over 24,000 emergency replacement windows.
 
Insulate Ukraine is a locally led franchise charity with operations across the Ukrainian frontline. They support people by insulting their homes and local communities by insulating public buildings. They provide economic resilience by providing work for local civic heroes.
